• Sketchup, Rhino, Revit (V-Ray, via .vrscene files instead of native formats )
• Unreal Engine 5.3.2 or above (Lumen, Path tracing)
• Twinmotion 2024.1 or above (Lumen, Path tracing)

We provide three formats, which are divided by the type of model file provided, not divided by software.

• FBX Format: Mainly provides FBX files, used to import to 3D software, materials and textures need to be set up manually.
• Mesh Format: Mainly provide native formats for all the software we support, the materials and textures have been set up correctly. Mesh here means that the model has been converted to an editable polygon, not the original file when production.
• GrowFX + Mesh Format: Providing all the files in Mesh format, and the original files are also provided, which makes it easy to re-adjust the plant model.

Our current products cannot be used directly for game production, these models are not made according to the game specifications, and the texture is not optimized, so we do not recommend these models for game production.

We’ll consider making a product line for games later.

After purchase, you can contact us at any time to pay the difference prices to upgrade. But there are some caveats:

• You can’t downgrade a product.
• Upgrades can only be used in different formats for the same product. Individual product can’t upgrade to Collection product. Even though the models come from the same collection, Individual and Collection product are different products.
• When upgrading, the original price subtracted will change depending on whether the product is on sale. For example, when you purchased, the FBX Format price was $125, and the Mesh Format price was $175. You spent $125 to purchase the FBX Format. But when you upgraded, we are launching a 40% discount promotion. At this time, the FBX Format price was $75, and the Mesh Format price was $105. We will subtract the current FBX Format price($75) for you, not the price you purchased previously.

Purchased products are non-refundable unless specifically stated:

• You do not download any file after purchase, we can refund you directly.
• You can’t use our product under specific software|plugin environment also we can’t solve this.

When a product is updated, the website does not automatically send each user an email with links to download the updated files.

You need to login My Account page and access the corresponding order to download the updated files.

It depends on your payment method. Our website offers two payment options: Paypal and Paddle.

• Paypal: Your invoice is generated by our website. Typically, it is sent along with the product download email. Alternatively, you can also log in to the https://maxtree.org/my-account/orders/ page to find the invoice for your order.
• Paddle: For users who purchase through Paddle, invoices are handled by Paddle. Paddle typically automatically sends the invoice to your email after the order is completed.
